Contribute to the product development and life cycle activities for Total Station hardware and software and geodetic accessories
Collaborate with internal and external R&D teams to drive solutions in an Agile Project Management environment
Testing, analysis, and evaluation of Total Station based solutions to qualify Total Station and sensor algorithm characteristics and ensure Leica Geosystems’ high-quality standards
Manage, analyse, and solve problems reported by the market
Benchmark competition equipment and develop strategies for product improvements
Provide product training and second line support to our worldwide sales and support network

This is you

Bachelor or Master degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Geodesy or Photogrammetry, industry experience is a plus
Good communication skills and an entrepreneurial mindset
Business and Customer-/ Service-oriented thinking
Self-managed, self-starter able to work in fast-paced and changing environments
Structured working style with ability to solve complex problems
Good mathematical and analytical skills with an ability to think clearly and logically
Basic Knowledge in Python or Matlab is an asset
Good spoken and written English.
